On September 15, Lisa Joldersma represented PhRMA during The Exchange, Bridging the Gender and Racial Health Gap, hosted by POLITICO Women Rule. POLITICO’s Eleanor Mueller guided a group conversation about health equity, specifically addressing the past and present impacts of gender, race and ethnicity on health care affordability and accessibility. The panel discussed forward looking solutions aimed at rebuilding trust in our health care system and improving health outcomes, as well as the unique role of women in these spaces.
