An expanding body of research and mounting evidence consistently finds that more diverse and inclusive workplaces see deeper employee commitment, higher levels of innovation, improved hiring quality, greater rates of employee retention, and increased profits. The focus of this report, sponsored by PhRMA, is to provide insight into the efforts of PhRMA member companies to advance D&I in the workplace, in the communities in which they operate, and in the patient populations they serve.
