PhRMA Deputy Vice President for Global Health and Multilateral Affairs Larry Kerr submitted a video statement to the World Health Organization (WHO) for its September 29-30 public hearing on a new international instrument on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response. The WHO requested statements answering the following question: “Based on your experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, what do you believe should be addressed at the international level to better protect against future pandemics?”
