PhRMA’s submission to the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) for inclusion in the 2021 National Trade Estimate (NTE) Report outlines the principal trade barriers biopharmaceutical companies face worldwide and identifies concrete actions the U.S. government can take to address these obstacles.
