Supporting Our Colleagues' National Service

PhRMA, like nearly every workplace in America, employs men and women who have proudly served this nation in its armed forces and who remain active in the reserves. Recently, PhRMA was honored to be awarded a certificate by Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve for its support of PhRMA employees performing both their military reserve duties as well as voluntary efforts supporting federal emergency response programming.

Like the ESGR, we salute Dr. Paul Antony, M.D., M.P.H., PhRMA's Chief Medical Officer, and Dr. Erin Mullen, R.Ph., Ph.D, PhRMA's Assistant Vice President for Finance and Operations and Director of the Rx Response program. Dr. Antony, a member of the United States Navy Reserve, has served extended combat deployments in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Dr. Mullen has worked with National Disaster Medical System, including a deployment to Haiti as part of America's earthquake relief efforts.
